I'm Bayley Clarke.
I'm a mortgage broker powered by Aussie, and I run my business from a converted van on the east coast of Australia. No office, no team of 20 — just me, a laptop, and 30+ lenders.

The story
Why I work from a van
I started broking because the traditional model felt broken. Clients were getting passed around, left waiting, and treated like a number. I wanted to do it differently — one person, one relationship, no nonsense.
The van came from the same thinking. I don't need a shopfront to compare home loans. I need a phone, a laptop, and the time to actually focus on my clients. Working remotely means I'm not paying for an office on a high street — which means I'm not rushing through your application to cover overheads.
