Send them the booking link
Text it, forward it, whatever's easiest:
They pick a time, we talk for half an hour, and they watch me run their numbers. No application, no credit check, nothing on their file.
Rather they call? 0437 189 939. Tell them to mention your name so I know who's been doing the talking.
What happens after they book
- They talk, I listen.
Where they're at, what they're trying to do, what's already been said no to. Messy is fine.
- Their numbers, run live.
Borrowing power, repayments as a weekly figure, and where the catches are for their situation specifically.
- A straight answer.
If staying where they are is the right call, they'll hear that too. I get paid by the lender, not by them, so there's nothing in it for me to push a loan that doesn't fit.
The other thing that helps
