    Where you're at, what you're trying to do, what's already been said no to. Messy is fine, that's what the half hour is for.

  2. We run your numbers, live.

    You watch me do it. Borrowing power, repayments as a weekly figure, and where the catches are for your situation specifically.

  3. You leave with a straight answer.

    Sometimes that's a plan. Sometimes it's "wait six months and here's why." Nothing goes on your file either way. And if now isn't the right time, I'll say so and check back in when it is.
